My artistic practice is rooted in an ongoing dialogue with the natural world. I am drawn to the fluidity of water, the shifting moods of weather, and the contours of landscapes. These encounters become both material and metaphor, shaping how I reflect on perception and the ways meaning emerges through nature’s rhythms.
Working across drawing, printmaking, sculpture, video, and projection, I weave together two- and three-dimensional expressions. In my works, I explored the thresholds of weather, geology, and light. Transparent materials, layered images, and shifting projections blur distinctions between permanence and impermanence, visibility and obscurity.
As Henri Bergson observed, perception is never fixed in the present but bound to memory, with the whole past leaning on each moment. I think of my practice in this way: landscapes, materials, and time are not separate, but layered upon one another, collapsing distance and duration. In their interlacing, I find both vulnerability and ambiguity, yet also a profound rhythm—fragile, shifting, and alive.
